For me, the kitchen has never been just a place to prepare food.

My earliest memories begin in the kitchen of my childhood home, where I remember the scents filling the air and the warmth of the house.

One memory etched most deeply in my heart is my father’s anticipation.

Every single Saturday, he would wait with excitement for the cake to come out of the oven.

The look in his eyes and the joy he took in every bite were the greatest confirmation that a dessert is much more than just sugar and flour—it is a moment of comfort, tradition, and family connection.

In every cake I bake today, I strive to recreate that feeling of home and give you a piece of that same heart.

The Turning Point: From Dream to Profession

About ten years ago, I made a bold decision to turn my passion into a professional career and began my studies in Patisserie.

It was then that I established the brand "Aviya Patisserie."

Although the beginning was challenging, I managed to find my unique voice—the voice I want to share with you, my customers.

I started by creating custom-designed cakes for birthdays and special events, fueled by a constant desire to grow and lead in the field.

Professional Journey: Mastering the Craft

Driven by the ambition to reach the highest standards, I began working as a pastry chef at "Roladin."

I managed the pastry department at the Rosh Haayin branch for nearly three years, a period where I truly mastered my craft.

Alongside my professional role, I continued to develop my private business, reinventing myself every day to ensure I always bring you the very best.

Today: Aviya Patisserie – Quality, Design, and Flavor

In recent years, the brand has gained significant momentum, reaching a wide audience with a variety of products made from premium, kosher ingredients, with a strict focus on original and surprising designs.

We offer rich dairy catering services for small events, corporate toasts, and celebrations.

Our catering features a variety of hosting platters, including meticulously crafted pastries, fresh salads, and desserts made to order with great attention to detail.
